Highly pigmented pastes designed to characterize specific surfaces and modify color nuances without altering the basic shade. Ideal for customizing monolithic restorations with color variations, optical effects, and natural transitions between dentin, enamel, and incisal surfaces.

Indications for use

• Adding intense nuances to specific areas
• Reproducing the natural color variations of enamel and dentin
• Creating depth and vitality in the restoration
• Local adjustment of color saturation, warmth, or coolness
• Completing Shade Dentin/Incisal and Illusion effects
• Applicable with wet-on-wet or conventional technique; intermixable

Available variants

• Essence White – Brightens specific areas and increases value. For perikymata lines, incisal luster, and highlights
• Essence Cream – Soft, warm shade. Softens transitions and harmonizes overly cool areas
• Essence Lemon – Slight yellowish hue. Corrects cool opacity and strengthens light dentin in the middle thirds
• Essence Sunset – Warm-orange shade. Strengthens cervical areas and reproduces slight warm infiltrations
• Essence Copper – Intense warmth with a coppery hue. For pronounced cervical areas, fissures, and high saturation zones
• Essence Khaki – Soft grayish-green. Neutralizes excessively warm tones or strong yellow saturations
• Essence Mahogany – Dark brown. Highlights fissures, creates shaded areas, and strengthens secondary and tertiary anatomy
• Essence Anthracite – Dark gray. For depth effects, proximal shading, and defining incisal or occlusal grooves

How they integrate into your work

Essence pastes are applied over the already applied Shade layer: they modulate and personalize the color without replacing the basic shade. Particularly effective when combined with Illusion pastes to create more realistic optical dynamics.
