A highly biocompatible synthetic biomaterial composed of granules rich in communicating cavities, derived from a homogeneous nanometric hydroxyapatite sponge through a patented process. Fisiograft Bone granular has a morphological structure that mimics trabecular bone, with very thin trabeculae that allow the new bone tissue to occupy a greater volume than xenografts. Ideal for guided bone regeneration, it is particularly suitable for large-scale maxillary sinus lifts. A biomimetic osteoconductor, it is completely resorbable (it is remodeled by osteoblasts in approximately six months), available in two grain sizes: 250-500 µm for the small type and 500-1000 µm for the large type.
