GEL to aid in the treatment of periodontal and peri-implant pockets after mechanical removal of plaque from the pockets.

The occlusive action and moisturizing effect of the gel, together with the additional action of two types of chlorhexidine, discourage bacterial recolonization; in this way, the body can restart the healing process.

CHLO-SITE can be usefully applied in cases of severe and extensive chronic periodontitis because, thanks to the occlusive action of the GEL, it limits the recolonization of pockets after mechanical instrumentation, as well as during peri-implantitis.

CHLO-SITE can thus mechanically protect the treated pockets for two weeks, promoting healing.
