Periocid Essential represents an evolution of the previous product Periocid Impla - also from the Simit Pharma line - and offers multiple advantages and benefits.

• It is indicated for the treatment of periodontal pockets, prevention and treatment of periodontitis in order to stop its progression, post-extraction lesions, and protection of wounds and surgical sites.
• The presence of essential oils, with prolonged release, makes it ideal for topical applications, active against GRAM + and GRAM – aerobic and anaerobic bacteria;
• The high-performance mechanism of action guarantees maximum speed and safety: the solution solidifies rapidly with the evaporation of the alcohol and remains at the application site, creating a highly tolerable protective film.
• Constant and prolonged effect, thanks to the water-permeable resins that remain in the oral cavity for a long time (7-10 days);
• The product is completely biodegradable: the film degrades naturally after 10-12 days. It protects wounds until they are completely healed and does not need to be removed.
• The vial is ready to use and does not require dissolving the powder (faster and easier to apply);
