Separate and intelligent management of two users
The Silent TS2 activates at the set suction level and opens the corresponding valve as soon as one of the two possible users, e.g., a handpiece, is activated. If a second user is activated, the second valve opens and the motor power is automatically adjusted to ensure that both suction channels maintain the originally set power. When one of the two users is deactivated, the valve for the respective suction channel closes and the motor power is automatically reduced to the set suction power.
Even more cost-effective thanks to above-average engine life
Thanks to the development of new motor technology and an additional drive unit, it was possible to multiply the standard lifespan of collector motors. Under laboratory simulation conditions and by setting different suction power cycles, an increase in service life of up to 300% was achieved compared to other models! Tests have even shown, in extreme cases, a service life of up to 2,400 operating hours.
No downtime
But even the best motors eventually reach their end. This usually means sending the device back for repair or calling a service technician. Both solutions involve downtime and are usually expensive. Not so with the Silent TS2. Like its predecessor, the motor can be replaced entirely by the user. And it takes just 2 minutes and requires no tools – making expensive repairs and annoying downtime a thing of the past. And for those who want to be on the safe side, you can order a replacement motor immediately to keep ready as a reserve, thus avoiding even the necessary delivery times. This is possible thanks to the extremely low costs of replacement motors, which amount to less than xx% of the purchase price of the Silent TS2! An additional safety advantage: the diagnostic mode performs a quick system check directly when the device is switched on.
Easy adaptability to any user
Thanks to its high suction power of 3,300 l/min (flow rate), the new Silent TS2 also allows for the seamless connection of two users, ensuring effective health protection. At the same time, the automatic switch-on function and the full filter detection function can be conveniently and precisely adjusted to individual conditions. Thanks to its special features, the Silent TS2 fits perfectly into the laboratory or practice process chain. The automatic switch-on calibration is precisely adjustable, allowing the Silent TS2 to be configured for any common handpiece. The user can define the speed of the micromotor at which the Silent TS2 should operate. At very low speeds, for example when suction is not required, the device does not activate!
Precise adjustment
The filter full detection function can be individually calibrated to reach the maximum dust bag fill level and can therefore be adapted to the different materials being vacuumed. This ensures that the suction system only signals that the filter is full when the dust bag actually needs changing. This means: reduced dust bag consumption and therefore lower operating costs. An individually adjustable delay time for each of the two suction channels allows the closing times of the pinch valves to be adjusted as needed, for maximum convenience. A typical example of everyday laboratory work: two technicians are working on the handpiece and don't want to constantly adjust the suction power during short breaks – simply increase the delay time. Done.
Work in relaxation thanks to effective soundproofing
The Silent family of extractor units is doubly optimized for acoustic protection thanks to intelligent airflow and the use of specific soundproofing solutions and materials. On the one hand, operating noise is significantly reduced, and on the other, in collaboration with psychoacoustic experts, the most unpleasant frequencies to human hearing have been dampened.
