Biomaintain Ousia Resorbable Collagen Membrane

The resorbable collagen membrane is designed for use in oral surgical procedures as a resorbable material that promotes wound healing in areas of dental implants, bone defects, periodontal defects, and bone ridge augmentation. Biomaint is a non-friable, white, bovine-derived membranous matrix characterized by defined geometry, in vivo stability, permeability, and mechanical strength. Made from highly purified type I collagen, it is sterile, non-pyrogenic, and single-use. Its complete resorbability eliminates the need for a second surgical procedure.

CHARACTERISTICS : facilitates healing of bone and surrounding tissue, exclusive fiber orientation to provide high elasticity and in situ stability of the membrane, occlusive, designed to delay and/or prevent epithelial downgrowth.
