Leone Exacone 360° anatomical abutment
The Leone Exacone 360° anatomical abutments possess ideal characteristics to facilitate prosthetic finalization, both in the selection and customization phase in the laboratory and in subsequent clinical procedures.
Advantages
- Apical hexagon detached from the rest of the abutment (an innovation protected by an international patent): free 360° positioning on the model and simple correction of non-parallelisms, making the most of the anatomical shape of the abutments.
- Conical self-locking connection between the hexagon and the abutment: the pillar remains integral with the hexagon in the chosen position and guides the clinician in positioning it on the patient with maximum precision.
- Available straight or with an angulation of 15° or 25° for all prosthetic rehabilitation needs.
- In the angled versions, a notch allows the connection to be activated with a force coaxial to the implant axis; a specific flat tip can be coupled to the multi-functional handle or the percussor, ensuring stable support.
- Cementable portion with optimal inclination and two opposing flat faces to improve the placement and retention of the caps.
- Customizable preformed shoulder: in angled abutments, the buccal portion, which has greater aesthetic value, has a lower height than the lingual one.
- Transmucosal section available in 4 heights for a precise fit to the patient's soft tissue thickness.

- Ready to use: require little to no milling.
- Autoclavable.

- 2.2 connection: 3.3 mm (green) standard and 4.5 mm large protective platform.
- 3.0 connection: 4.1 mm (yellow) standard and 5.5 mm large protective platform.
- Straight or angled 15°/25°, with gingival heights (GH) from 1 to 4 mm.
