With the Vario E you can preheat modelling waxes to the ideal temperature for working with them.
The Vario E saves you the time required to melt waxes from solid state. Optionally heated waxes allow for precise control of viscous flow. Less residual stress builds up in the wax model, making it more homogeneous and therefore easier to scrape off.
The Vario E is also used to form caps with dipping wax
- Deep trays are also suitable for making caps using the immersion technique.
- The dip wax melter is no longer necessary.
- When the dip wax is not in use, the individual tray can be turned off.
Technical details
- Display of nominal or actual temperature with bright LEDs in °C or °F.
- Three separately adjustable wax trays. These can be turned on or off individually.
- Expanded temperature range from 45°C (113ºF) to 110°C (230ºF). Processing of light-curing waxes that melt at low temperatures is possible.
- Newly shaped trays allow the wax to flow optimally from the edge of the tray. Deep trays are also suitable for forming caps with dipping wax.
- The lid serves to protect the waxes during work breaks and can be fixed at a 120° angle so that the device takes up less space.
- The tilted display offers a clear view, without reflections. Control elements are protected by an easy-to-clean membrane.
- Renfert recommends the use of special GEO Avantgarde modelling waxes.
