The vials must be placed in the sterilization chamber, even if there is already a load inside.
Perform the cycle, then carefully remove the vial at the end as it will be hot and under pressure.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then activate it by pressing it with your fingers, always keeping it vertical. The chemical indicator on the vial label will change from blue to black.
Next, place the vial in a biological incubator at 57°C for 24 hours, along with an unprocessed, but activated, test vial.
It is recommended to check for any bacterial growth every 12 hours.
