Leone buccal tubes are made of stainless steel using Metal Injection Molding technology, which allows for absolute slot precision and a particularly beveled design to provide maximum patient comfort. All MIM® tubes can be welded onto CALIBRA® or WEB bands with a free pre-spotting service, or brazed onto the DB MAXI F2800-00 anatomical base, designed with specific anatomy for the first molar. The brazing service is free.
Leone brackets are made of stainless steel using micro-machining to achieve millimetric precision in the slots. The overall tolerance is less than three hundredths of a millimeter. The edges under the wings are meticulously rounded.
All Leone fasteners can be welded onto CALIBRA® or WEB strips with a free pre-spotting service.
