The suction system
A particular feature is the suction channel technology. These are designed to only extract unusable dusty particulate matter. This saves up to 50% of abrasive.

The sandblasting nozzle
The distance between the sandblasting nozzle and the basket can be set to 3 positions. The boron carbide nozzle is highly resistant. Changing the nozzle is easy and requires no special tools.

The sandblasting basket
Save your valuable time! Up to 7 castings can be processed simultaneously in the spacious sandblasting basket. On average, a casting is completely sandblasted after 10 minutes, all automatically. A rubber sleeve prevents the framework hooks from getting stuck during rotation. For more space during manual sandblasting, the basket can be removed with a flick of the wrist.

Operating logic
The operating area is clearly laid out and easy to clean. The keys on the tactile keyboard are sealed. In automatic mode, the sandblasting time can be set between 1 and 60 minutes. The current time indication is displayed via LED. With start, hold, and stop, the Vario jet is operated in automatic mode.

Connections
All connections are located at the back of the device.

- The Vario jet is designed for connection to a central vacuum cleaner or an external vacuum cleaner. The external vacuum cleaner is connected to the sandblaster via the mains connection. This allows it to be operated via the Vario jet.

- Supplementary devices such as a microblaster (e.g., Basic mobil art.no. 2914), a pneumatic chisel (e.g., Power pillo art.no. 5022-5000) or an air gun (e.g., art.no. 1371-0000) are connected directly to the integrated compressed air connection.

- An air filter and a water separator ensure ideal sandblasting conditions.

- Easily accessible fuse.

Technical details

- Program selection via tactile keyboard.

- Sandblasting pressure adjustable between 1 and 6 bar (14.5 - 87 psi).

- Pressure indication via manometer.

- Coated glass plate, highly resistant.

- Additional protective grille to prevent premature wear of the plate.

- Protective gloves with cotton lining.

- Easily opened coarse particulate separator.

- Opening for insertion and possibility to connect a pneumatic device (microblaster, chisel, air gun) - see also page 7.

- Bright illumination of over 2000 LUX without flickering.

- Automatic control of an external vacuum cleaner with timed control between 5 and 30 sec.
