- The integrated “IS” (Immediate Stop) technology enables:
- start/stop the process
sandblasting in seconds. - controlled sandblasting and mi-
installment of filigree artefacts. - Precise regulation and pressure monitoring for each individual tank for fast and safe work.
- Easily expandable with a tank without the need for tools, thanks to the quick couplings and color coding.
The interaction of the Renfert special mixing chamber and the IT sandblasting nozzles has the following advantages:
1) Perfect uniformity in terms of abrasive flow, abrasive force and micrography Reproducible, reliable and uniform surface conditioning, a prerequisite for tension-free and crack-free joints in ceramics.
2) Effective sandblasting: The sand flow, consisting of an optimal mixture of air and sand regardless of the tank fill level and with minimal or almost no preparation and tail losses, proves to be very economical in terms of consumption and reduces the costs for abrasive material by up to 80% (as demonstrated by independent studies carried out in 2007 by the University of Osnabrück).
3) Targeted, efficient, and safe sandblasting: Concentrated and reliably reproducible abrasive force for effective sandblasting without abrasive loss. The best protection for delicate objects.
PerfectView Concept Many different ideas and technologies allow the user of a Basic sandblaster to enjoy the best possible visibility of the object. Among other things:
Innovative LED technology – the perfect balance between diffused and direct light. The arrangement of the new LED lamps and the distribution of the light output via diffusers simultaneously delivers two contrasting benefits: excellent sharpness of contours and details, and a homogeneously illuminated sandblasting chamber (4,800 lux).
Daylight LEDs – a broader light spectrum means better vision. Daylight offers stronger contrasts and clearer color differentiation on the illuminated object. Furthermore, the human eye is accustomed to daylight, making working with Basic sandblasters even more precise and natural, and therefore more comfortable.
Ventilation technology – clear view Ideally positioned ventilation slots prevent unnecessary clouds of abrasive and air from forming between the object and the viewing window in the blasting chambers of the Basic units (from the "master" model onwards). The operator always has the clearest possible view.
A silicone-coated window pane provides superior-than-average transparency. A perfectly transparent yet elastic silicone layer limits abrasion caused by abrasives. With this system, the Basic window panes (with the optional "Classic" option) maintain their clarity much longer.
Large hinged door – perfect overview. The maximum opening width and perfect view into every corner of the blasting chamber are further enhanced by the intelligent hose routing.
