SEMI-FLEXIBLE RESIN KIT 225GR + 150ML

Next-generation semi-flexible acrylic resin for removable dentures. Its main advantage lies in its dual behavior; it offers flexibility or rigidity depending on the thickness of the applied acrylic.
Its characteristic flexibility is maintained for thicknesses less than 2mm; from that thickness, the flexibility is lost up to 3mm. Composition: Acrylic copolymer based on Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) >99% / Mineral pigments
inert substances and other non-toxic substances <1%.

Available in Pink (Bases and Hooks) and Transparent (Aesthetic Hooks) colors.

Instructions for use:

Dosage: 10g of powder : 8ml of liquid

Its special formulation quickly creates a fluid mass particularly suitable for the casting technique. The working time depends on the ambient temperature: at 21°C the resin allows casting for about 3 minutes. Polymerization occurs at 45°C with a pressure of 2 bar for 20 minutes. With the AUTO liquid for repairs, it can also be polymerized cold and without pressure in about 40 minutes.
