This innovative material for the production of splints is a thermoelastic plastic. The material's unique feature is its temperature-dependent mechanical properties. The material becomes more flexible at body temperature in the patient's mouth, without losing its high tensile and breaking strength. For the patient, this translates into a significant increase in comfort. The memory effect achieved by the material's properties allows the splint to automatically reposition itself after deformation.

MEMOSPLINT VERSION S

This Memosplint product variant is universally suitable for the production of flexible, fracture-resistant splints of all types, as well as milled temporary restorations, thanks to its increased rigidity. The transparent, thermoelastic material ensures high aesthetics thanks to nearly invisible fixation structures. Patients are delighted with the virtually unnoticeable, tension-free wear of the restoration. The Memosplint S version is also available in various thicknesses and geometries. Dental technicians save significantly time and achieve reproducible results thanks to the digital manufacturing process. Both versions of Memosplint material are highly transparent and tasteless. It is very easy to process and is compatible with conventional powder-liquid systems for manual adjustments. It is suitable for both therapeutic splints and reflex, positioning, and stabilization splints.
