iCEM Self Adhesive: dual-cure (auto and photo) self-etching adhesive cement with effective desensitizer for the permanent cementation of indirect restorations in a self-mixing syringe.

iCEM Self Adhesive requires no prior preparation of the tooth surface, including the application of an adhesive system. Etching, priming, bonding and cementing in a single step.

This fundamental characteristic allows the operator to save time and, by reducing the steps, to avoid making mistakes. The desensitization capability is certainly valuable, guaranteeing a significant reduction in postoperative sensitivity.

Cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays: rinse the abutment, dry slightly (iCEM Self Adhesive requires the presence of moisture), remove the first 2-3 millimeters of extruded material and place the correct amount in the restoration, position it on the preparation, photopolymerize for 1-2 seconds (excess becomes plastic), remove excess material, photopolymerize for 30 seconds and keep the restoration under pressure for 2.5 minutes.

Cementing fiber pins: rinse the canal, dry slightly (iCEM Self Adhesive requires the presence of moisture), remove the first 2-3 millimeters of extruded material and place the correct amount in the canal, position the pin, photopolymerize for 1-2 seconds (excess becomes plastic), remove excess material, photopolymerize for 40 seconds and wait 7 minutes before completing the work.
