The MELAdoc Melag Labeller simplifies and automates the manual documentation of sterilization batches, ensuring full traceability of instruments and regulatory compliance for the dental practice.
How it works
After sterilization, a MELAdoc label is applied to the instrument packaging to certify its approval for use. The labels are double and self-adhesive: one part remains on the sterilization pouch, the other is removed and affixed directly to the patient's medical record, allowing for simple and immediate tracking of:
- Sterilization date
- Batch number (daily and progressive)
- Person who approved the batch
- Sterilizer used
- Expiry date of sterilized instruments
