Leaf Self Expander CAD-CAM is a compressible spring expander characterized by the presence of only Ni-Ti leaf springs, which releases continuous forces.
and calibrated, without the need for reactivation, in order to achieve maxillary expansion. This is the version optimized for the digital workflow of the most common Leone splint: instead of arms, it features 4 transverse housings with stops, integral within the profile of the bodies themselves, which ensure a precise coupling with the structure designed digitally and manufactured using Laser Melting technology, promoting optimal laser welding. This series of Leaf Self Expanders maintains all the characteristics and measurements of the analogous expanders with arms, in order to facilitate the clinician's transition to the use of a digitally manufactured device.
