Compared to surgical turbines, it ensures the minimum amount of aerosol (reduced by up to 50%), and a more controlled and disinfected water supply for irrigation (thus ensuring the lowest risk of post-operative infection).

Sterile
The external, disposable irrigation source allows for quick access to saline solution, reducing postoperative pain and the chance of wound infection.
The handpiece also implements anti-backflow technology within the head, to prevent blood and bacteria from reaching the inner rotor, thus causing cross-contamination.

Efficient and More Powerful
Higher cutting efficiency, less vibration, and significantly reduced noise. The brushless motor ensures consistently high torque: 3.5 N cm, compared to 0.2-0.3 N cm for traditional surgical air turbines.

Versatile surgical motor
The motor with intra-oral attachment offers exceptional performance results in both high and low speed procedures. It can be used for crown work, extractions, and finishing restorations with a level of control (in torque and speed) unattainable by air turbines.

The irrigation generated by the handpiece, which is pressure-free (unlike in dental units that use compressed air to manage irrigation), reduces the likelihood of surgical and post-operative complications.
