Pressure thermoforming machine with automated process and integrated air compressor, suitable for all dental thermoforming indications.
Eerkopress ci_motion is equipped with a powerful, integrated compressor with a tank. This makes the unit independent of the need for connection to a compressed air network.

How to use

• Choose the disc, position the disc, start the heating process, position the model, Erkopress ci_motion will do the rest!

• The entire thermoforming process, including the cooling time, will be performed automatically.
• "Touchless" temperature sensor to accurately detect the temperature (patent) of thermoforming materials.
• To achieve a uniform lateral thickness, the disc has a vertical descent onto the model. The disc will adapt to the model immediately.
• Exceptional workplace safety with the automatic shut-off function.
• Anti-crushing protection during automated thermoforming.
• Infrared heating uses medium waves, requires no preheating time, and heats the material not only on the surface but also deep inside.
• Model easily accessible during the warm-up period.
• Audible and visual signal (suitable for people with hearing problems).
• Program for controlling the functions and the entire process.
• The program includes all Erkodent thermoforming materials, and a quick guide shows animated videos that indicate the correct workflow and the various work phases required.
• The thermoforming temperature and cooling time will be displayed and can be modified for specific applications without altering the original settings.
• The most frequently used materials, new materials, and even modified factory parameters can be saved as favorites.
• It is possible to thermoform on a sheet or using granules.
