Millable yttria-stabilized multilayer hybrid zirconia (Y-TZP) disc, designed for the creation of esthetic full-contour indirect prosthetic restorations in the anterior and posterior regions using CAD/CAM systems.
Clinical Indications
- Anatomic esthetic crowns in anterior and posterior quadrants
- Anatomic esthetic bridges up to 14 units, with a maximum of 2 pontics
- Inlays, onlays, and veneers
Technical Characteristics
- Multilayer structure: 70% dentin – 7.5% transition layer 1 – 7.5% transition layer 2 – 15% incisal
- Modulus of elasticity: 210 GPa
- Flexural strength: 900–1,000 MPa (3-point bending test)
- Smooth transition between layers for a natural aesthetic without the need for additional coloring
- Color concept with accentuated incisal edge and dentin shades, matching natural teeth
