What is ATZ?
- ATZ (Alumina Toughened Zirconia) is a high-performance ceramic. Compared to the already renowned zirconium oxide, this special ceramic has 40% higher flexural strength.
- Due to the exceptional properties of this material, ATZ has so far only been used in dentistry in implantology and for intraoral drills.
