InterActive SL Brackets, .022 replacement, 5 pieces, Leone
Aliquota IVA applicata: 22%
Material & Design
The body of the bracket is made of biomedical steel and is laser-welded to the baseplate, which features an 80-mesh mesh with FDI identification. A colored disto-gingival identification point indicates the quadrant to which the bracket belongs; the color codes are the same as for all brackets in the Leone range.
Interactive control
The specific shape of the clip and slot of the InterActivr SL brackets allows for modulating the most appropriate level of friction between the bracket and the wire, based on the needs of the various phases of treatment.
Passive phase
The initial round arches will not be bound by the clip: the low friction will facilitate the alignment and leveling phase.
Interactive phase
The rectangular brackets used in the space-closing phases, in controlling rotations and torque, elastically deform the clip, achieving the biomechanical control necessary for these treatment periods.
Active phase
The rectangular arches for finishing and detailing completely fill the slot, making active contact with the clip: this allows the exploitation of the elastic properties of the seat in order to obtain minimal movements for finishing the treatment.
Ease of opening and closing.
The clip has a central hole that does not require any special tool for opening and closing.
Opening
Insert the tip of a mirror or utility instrument into the hole in the clip and apply pressure in an occlusal direction.
Closing
Slide the clip with slight pressure towards the gum line using a pointed instrument or even just a finger.
