Standard metal brackets are brazed with a special palladium alloy onto sintered 80-mesh mesh to ensure strong adhesion to the tooth with any composite. The bases are anatomically contoured to fit the tooth anatomy well. Hook brackets are obtained with the MIM® (Metal Injection Moulding) technique, in which Leone is a leader. All other types of standard metal brackets are obtained from medical-grade stainless steel profiles using computerized machines. The surfaces are rounded and mirror-polished to ensure maximum patient comfort and to facilitate plaque removal. Pre-inclined brackets have colored disto-gingival identification to simplify application in the mouth. All Leone brackets are supplied in pleasant and ergonomic packaging.
