Wiron 99 1000gr Bego

NiCr alloy for ceramic or resin coating. Beryllium and gallium-free. Advantages: easy processing and polishing due to lower hardness; high modulus of elasticity for greater resistance to deformation from chewing forces; improved adhesion with ceramic; simple and reliable identification of the melting point; greater comfort due to low thermal conductivity; biocompatible and corrosion-resistant.

Physical properties : yield strength 330 N/mm²; tensile strength 650 N/mm²; Vickers hardness 180 HV10; elongation at break 45%; modulus of elasticity approx. 200,000 N/mm²; density 8.2 g/cm³; melting range 1250-1310 °C; casting temperature approx. 1450 °C; CTE 13.8 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-500 °C), 14.0 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (20-600 °C).

Composition % : Ni 65.0; Cr 22.5; Mo 9.5; Si, Nb, Fe, Ce < 1.0.
