The Vario jet is the ideal recirculating sandblaster for economical sandblasting. It can be operated both automatically and manually.
Automatic sandblasting
The precise coordination of sandblasting parameters (pressure, duration, grain size) is optimized by the technical design of the Vario jet . The distance between the nozzle and the workpiece and the nozzle inclination are harmonized with the direction of rotation of the basket, in order to achieve 100% efficient sandblasting in the shortest time.
Manual sandblasting
The sandblasting basket can be removed from its support with a simple movement. The spacious sandblasting booth is well-lit and offers great freedom of movement. The 360° pedal control transmits the programmed impulses.
The aspiration system
A particular feature is the suction channel technology. These are constructed in such a way as to only aspirate unusable powdery particulate matter. This saves up to 50% of abrasive material.

Save your valuable time! The spacious sandblasting basket can treat up to 7 castings simultaneously. On average, a casting is completely sandblasted after 10 minutes, all automatically. A rubber sleeve prevents the hooks of the castings from jamming during rotation. For more space during manual sandblasting, the basket can be removed with a simple movement.

- The Vario jet is designed to be connected to a central vacuum cleaner or an external vacuum cleaner. The external vacuum cleaner connects to the sandblaster via the network connection. In this way it can be operated via the Vario jet .
- Additional devices such as a micro sandblaster (e.g. Basic mobil art.no. 2914), a pneumatic chisel (e.g. Power pillo art.no. 5022-5000) or an air syringe (e.g. art.no. 1371-0000) can be connected directly to the integrated compressed air connection.
- An air filter and a water separator guarantee ideal sandblasting conditions.
