This universal sandblaster combines a recirculating sandblaster and a micro-sandblaster. Its compact design and multi-functionality make it ideal for small and medium-sized laboratories. This affordable unit allows for all the typical sandblasting tasks in a dental laboratory.

In many laboratories, sandblasting treatments are often performed not only on precious metals but also on metal frameworks. However, for small and medium-sized laboratories, purchasing two machines – one for the
one for micro-sandblasting and one for roughing – is often not worthwhile. The utilization rate is too low. However, since each of the two techniques offers particular advantages, many laboratories do not want to give them up.
With the Vario basic, Renfert has succeeded in combining the best of both worlds. All typical sandblasting treatments in dental technology can be performed with one machine. The advantages of Renfert's micro-sandblasting technique are combined with those of recirculating sandblasting in a single device, with minimal space requirements. With its multi-functionality combined with compact design and affordable price, the Vario basic becomes the ideal long-term partner for small and medium-sized laboratories.
For roughing (e.g. skeletonized)

Microblasting tanks (optional)
- The basic version can be equipped with four additional tanks for micro-sandblasting with the desired grain size, very easily and without the need for tools.

- The large tanks have a maximum capacity of approx. 1000 ml of abrasive.

The abrasive tank.
- A removable coarse particle separator prevents abrasive contamination.

The aspiration technique

- With an optional, easy-to-use support, the Vario basic (with only two tanks) can be mounted on the wall.
- To optimize the connection of the aspirator when space is limited, an optional 90° elbow tube is available (available separately or together with the wall mount).

- The micro-sandblasting tanks are not part of the standard equipment of the Vario basic . However, the unit can be expanded with up to 4 micro-sandblasting tanks.
