- The integrated "IS" (Immediate Stop) technology allows for:

The interaction of the special Renfert mixing chamber and IT blasting nozzles offers the following advantages:
1) Perfect uniformity in abrasive flow, abrasive force, and micrography Reproducible, reliable, and uniform surface conditioning, a prerequisite for stress- and crack-free bonds in ceramics.
2) Effective blasting: The sand flow, consisting of an optimal mixture of air and sand regardless of the tank's filling level and with minimal or almost nonexistent preparation and tail losses, proves to be very economical in consumption and reduces abrasive material costs by up to 80% (as demonstrated by independent studies conducted in 2007 by the University of Osnabrück).
3) Targeted, efficient, and safe blasting: Concentrated and reliably reproducible abrasive force for effective blasting without abrasive losses. The best protection for delicate workpieces.
PerfectView Concept Many different ideas and technologies allow the user of a Basic sandblaster to enjoy the best possible visibility of the workpiece. Among others:
Innovative LED technology – the perfect balance between diffuse and direct light. The arrangement of the new LED lamps and the distribution of light emission through diffusers simultaneously offer two advantages that are inherently contrasting: excellent sharpness of contours and details and, at the same time, a homogeneously illuminated blasting chamber (4,800 Lux).
Daylight LEDs – having a wider light spectrum available means better vision. Daylight offers stronger contrasts and clear color distinction on the illuminated object. Furthermore, the human eye is accustomed to daylight, which makes working with Basic sandblasters even more precise, natural, and thus more comfortable.
Ventilation technology – clear view. Ideally positioned ventilation slots prevent abrasive and air clouds from unnecessarily forming between the object and the viewing pane in the blasting chambers of Basic devices (from the "master" model). The operator always has the clearest possible view.
Silicone-coated viewing pane – above-average long-lasting transparency. A perfectly transparent but elastic silicone layer limits abrasion caused by the abrasive. With this system, the viewing panes of the Basic range (optional in the "classic") maintain their transparency much longer.
Large hinged door – perfect overview. The maximum opening width and a perfect view into every corner of the blasting chamber are also aided by intelligent hose routing.
