The Pura reverse osmosis system is an extremely compact device, designed to be connected directly to the autoclave, ensuring a continuous supply of pure water. The system can be installed in a variety of positions, making it easy to assemble and fit into any available space. The Pura system is equipped with a series of filters and reverse osmosis membranes, whose average lifespan varies between 600 and 800 liters, depending on the original water hardness.
The cartridge must therefore be replaced once a year or every 600/700 cycles. Changing the filters is very simple and can even be done by operators. The overall cost of the filters is very low, allowing us to keep our cost per liter low.
The Pura system, when not producing water, is not pressurized, which avoids any type of problem in the event of accidental breakage of fittings or connections.
Reverse osmosis is the safest and most widely used water purification system. This process eliminates even the smallest pollutants, thus ensuring bacteriological purity.
All this occurs thanks to the osmotic membrane, the true heart of the system, which is capable of filtering water down to molecular sizes, thus giving it optimal characteristics in terms of color, flavor, odor, and organoleptic purity. The water passes through a semipermeable membrane from a less concentrated solution to one with a higher salt content.
Reverse osmosis is, as the name suggests, the reverse of the natural process, achieved by a force (the pressure of the water supply) that pushes the water of the most concentrated solution, so-called "with pollutants", through the semipermeable osmotic membrane, producing pure water, thus eliminating 100% of all organic substances and over 80% of inorganic ones, leaving only the right amount of mineral salts necessary for our body's needs.
