Instructions

1. Clean your teeth and rinse the Pola LED mouthpiece before use.

2. Attach the provided tip to the syringe. Apply a small line of Pola Day gel evenly along the inner front of the upper and lower parts of the Pola LED mask.

3. Place the Pola LED tray in your mouth and bite down. For Pola Day, use the following instructions: Pola Day 6% hydrogen peroxide whitening - Press the "on" button twice for the blue/red LED - The LED will activate for 10 minutes. When the LED activation ends, the whitening session is complete. Repeat twice a day for 5 days.

Alternatively, the treatment time can be 15 minutes if there are no signs of sensitivity. - Press the "on" button once for the blue LED - The LED will activate for 15 minutes. Once the LED activation is complete, the whitening session is finished. Repeat twice a day for 5 days.

4. After the treatment time has elapsed, remove the mask and wipe off any excess gel/saliva with a dry tissue. Rinse the mask with lukewarm water. Do not submerge it in water.

5. Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth once the whitening session is complete.
