The A1621 "Easy access" expander differs from the A0621 model in that, once positioned in the appliance, the screw body will be closer to the palate for less bulk, and the screw head with the activation holes will be in a more anterior position relative to the guide, thus making it easy to access for activation with the key.
Supplied with a hinged key with a handle and instructions for the patient to facilitate home oral activation.
The special self-locking tool for modeling the arms REF P0621-00 is available.
