Palatal expander for TADs 201A0620 Leone
Allows for the fabrication of fully customized rapid palatal expanders, with either hybrid or purely skeletal anchorage.
Features only two posterior arms and 4 dedicated TAD brackets that can be adapted to the patient’s anatomy and the position of the TADs, to then be laser-welded onto the expander body in the laboratory. The greater mechanical strength of the expander allows for the application of the high forces required in MARPE therapy, even in adult patients. Thanks to the adaptable, dedicated TAD brackets, it is possible to customize the rapid expander according to each patient’s anatomy, both in "TADs-first" and "TADs-last" positioning procedures, in order to optimize the distribution of expansion forces onto the TADs.
Supplied with:
- 4 dedicated TAD brackets
- 1 stainless steel swivel key
- 1 swivel key with handle
- patient instructions to facilitate intraoral activation at home.
A dedicated tool is available for customizing the TAD brackets.
Package: 1 piece and 4 brackets
