The SD card system ensures the recording and archiving of data from all cycles performed, which can then be downloaded to a PC and managed.

PID stands for proportional integral derivative and is the ultimate expression of closed-loop control.
The structure of this sophisticated control is simple and flexible. PID ensures constant control and monitoring of the entire autoclave functional system, automatically intervening in the event of anomalies in the incorrect technical and electronic parameters.
A device that behaves like “a real technician” with real-time diagnosis and intervention capabilities.
A solution that limits anomalies, alarms, and potential machine downtime, ensuring maximum reliability.

To avoid manual loads, with the possibility of external water transfer, Onyx B has an automatic pure water tank system, via a sensor-controlled pump with “overflow” level and automatic block.
The loading is frontal, it has no opening or removable cover system, thus allowing for simple recessing of the appliance.

PRE-HEATING DEVICE
Preheating system with stand-by, to maintain the minimum temperature and consequently reduce the overall times of the sterilization cycles.
INSPECTABLE TANKS
In the event of the insertion of unsuitable liquids, the autoclave tanks can be inspected and cleaned, as required by technical regulations.
Onyx B is equipped with tanks for pure water and used water.
Each tank is equipped with probes to indicate the levels.
NIGHT CYCLES
Automatic night cycles with anti-condensation system and automatic switch-off.

Each phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, supported and managed automatically.

Integrated password-protected operator authentication system that allows the operator to be associated with the sterilized load at the end of the cycle and also has visual validation of the operator himself.

The autoclave is water-independent as it is equipped with a double tank for pure water and waste water, and is designed for connection to the water mains via the PURA Plus osmosis system (Optional).
