Access Edge – High Viscosity Gingival Retraction Paste
Access Edge is a high-viscosity gingival retraction paste based on kaolin clay, developed by Centrix for gentle yet effective retraction. Thanks to the combination of kaolin clay and 15% aluminum chloride, it separates the gingiva from the tooth, controlling bleeding and keeping the gingival sulcus dry during impression procedures.
It is injected subgingivally or applied around the tooth, left in place for at least 2 minutes. As it dries, it creates an optimal sulcus opening for precision impressions.
