The kit, specially designed for the creation of this innovative device, contains all the necessary components for a
Precise and fast laboratory construction.
Thanks to the presence of the lateral screws, the device allows for a gradual advancement of the mandible based on contact with the prefabricated wings inclined exactly at 70°, an inclination that has been scientifically validated as the most efficient for stimulating mandibular growth.

Furthermore, in cases of deep bite, by keeping the occlusal area free from the presence of blocks, it allows for the selective exclusion of posterior teeth from contact with the resin, promoting guided extrusion and consequently resolving vertical problems as well.
