SterilDocs Tecno-Gaz Storage System

Tecno-Gaz SpA has developed a new archiving system called STERILDOCS.

Every owner of a medical device is obligated to periodically evaluate its efficiency by adopting procedures defined by the manufacturer, standards, or current directives. For autoclaves, specific tests and control systems exist, defined by directives, regional laws, and regulations. These tests certify the validity and efficiency of the equipment and must be archived and kept, preferably for 10 years, as the professional's liability expires after this period.

The STERILDOCS is a compartmentalized container divided as follows:

- DVD Support Section Operational Protocols

- Instructions Section: Written protocols including sterilization tests

- Section for the study and equipment registration form

- Section where all the data from the study and the autoclave are recorded.

The paper is watermarked and does not allow for modifications or corrections.

The archive section is divided into sectors, identified with specific graphics that allow for easy archiving of each test, highlighting the date, cycles, etc. The archiving is simple, rational, and organized, allowing for the systematic management of all tests for each autoclave.
