Nfusion Multilayer 4Design Zirconia Disc for CAD/CAM

ZR Nfusion Multilayer 4Design is a new generation multilayer zirconia that combines high strength and natural aesthetics, thanks to a layered architecture and a translucency gradient designed to blend with the smile without compromising durability.

Indications

Monolithic restorations and layering techniques:

Anterior and posterior crowns.
3-unit anterior and posterior bridges with 1 pontic.
4 or more unit anterior and posterior bridges with 2 pontics.
Anterior and posterior cantilever bridges with 1 pontic, full-contour or layered.

Technical performance

Flexural strength: 850–1,200 MPa.
Translucency: 48%–45%.
Post-sintering density: ≥6.0 g/cm³.
CTE (25–500 ºC): (10.5 ±0.5) ×10⁻⁶ K⁻¹.
Accelerated aging, monoclinic phase: <5%.
Chemical solubility: <100 µ/cm².

Multilayer structure

The incisal, transition, and cervical structures gradually adapt to the color and optical behavior. The gradient describes the phase and yttria distribution by zone, designed to maintain aesthetics in the incisal area and mechanical strength in the cervical region.

Available sizes

Diameter: 98 mm.
