4Design Multilayer Permanent PMMA Disc for CAD/CAM Milling

PMMA disc for the CAD/CAM milling of permanent artificial teeth for removable or fixed dental prostheses. The multilayer structure and high translucency promote a natural aesthetic result after milling, with stable colors and high wear resistance.

Composition

Acrylic copolymer based on PMMA (>99%), inert mineral pigments and other non-toxic substances (<1%).

Compatibility and CAD/CAM Processing

Compatible with open CAD/CAM milling systems with a 98.5 mm disc and, depending on the system, other formats based on measurements and contours.
Processing with tungsten carbide burs is recommended.
Consider the orientation of the incisal layer to take advantage of the multilayer effect.

Finishing and Polishing

Polish without excessive pressure and at low speeds to avoid overheating. Resin polishing brushes and pastes help optimize shine and aesthetics and reduce plaque retention.

Recommended minimum thickness: >2.5 mm.

Bonding and Maintenance

For bonding, use adhesives compatible with PMMA following the manufacturer's instructions.
Cleaning and disinfection should preferably be carried out at low temperatures, avoiding high temperatures and aggressive chemicals not recommended for PMMA.
