Disinfectant, decontamination and cleaning agent for flexible endoscopes and medical devices in general, based on peracetic acid (which develops from the reaction: sodium percarbonate 44.5% + TAED activator 25%). In solution, peracetic acid reaches a pH (8) close to neutrality, a condition that ensures high compatibility with fiber optic medical devices. Bactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal and virucidal: active against HIV, HBV and HCV. White, water-soluble granular powder. Dilutions: 2% develops 2000 ppm of peracetic acid. Also usable in ultrasound.
