Gutta-Percha Removal Instrument (TFRK-GPR):
Stainless steel, 4% taper. Can be pre-bent to match the curvature of the canal. Equipped with delta cones (maximum diameter: 0.35 mm) on each end. Designed for removing residual filling material and evacuating necrotic pulp tissue or debris in a small space. Its small pyramidal tip facilitates scraping gutta-percha from the canal walls.
TFRK Micro-Explorer (TFRK-ME):
Made of stainless steel, sharp 0.1 mm diameter tip, double-ended, 6% taper, smooth surface. Equipped with very fine tips to bypass clogged canals and detect broken files or other obstructions. Can be adjusted to the curvature of the canal.
Micro-Trephine Drill TFRK (TFRK-MT):
Internal diameter of 0.5 mm, external diameter of 0.8 mm. Indicated for canal curvatures <15° and a coronal diameter of the file fragment of 0.45 mm. Internal depth of 1 mm to highlight a 1 mm file fragment.
Glidden Gates Modified No. 3 (MGG No. 3):
The pilot tip of the Gates Glidden #3 bur is cut so that the root canal leading to the fractured file can be widened to at least 0.45 mm, given that the tip diameter of the MGG #3 is 0.45 mm.
It is used at 2500 rpm in a clockwise direction with a brushing motion against the outer wall to create a funnel shape.
K-Endo martensitic phase NiTi rotary instrument (K6 N60 2% L25):
Taper 60%, NiTi file 2% in martensitic phase at 37°C.
If the coronal diameter of the file fragment is greater than 0.45 mm or the canal curvature is greater than 15°, use this rotary instrument to expand the canal to the file fragment at a speed of 500 rpm with counterclockwise rotation.
Tips for removing broken files (E87, E88, E89):
TFRK-Straight (TFRK-S or E87) : The TFRK-S features an extremely sharp cone-shaped tip: 0.1mm diameter tip with a 1% taper that can be pre-curved to match the curvature of the canal.
Function 1: Extend the groove space to create a 180° semicircular groove until the fractured file appears to move, after creating the 90° semicircular space on the inner wall with the Katana V/H.
Function 2: Remove the broken file.
Function 3: Create a thin space between the canal wall and gutta-percha root fillings for the introduction of the TFRK-GPR.
Function 4: Removal of necrotic pulp tissue and debris from an isthmus or narrow space.
TFRK-Katana Vertical (TFRK-Katana V or ED88) or TFRK-Katana Horizontal (TFRK-Katana H or E89): The TFRK-Katana V/H is designed with an extremely fine, sword-shaped tip to create a 90-degree, semi-circular groove on the inner wall of the fractured file. They can be pre-curved to match the curvature of the canal. Activate the ultrasound with the flat surface directed toward the fractured file from the inner canal wall.
Function: Creates a 90° semicircular groove space.
TFRK-Loop (TFRK-L: Yoshi Loop):
Used to retrieve a fractured file after it has loosened during ultrasonic preparation, when the fractured file exceeds 4.5 mm in length, or if the file has not loosened ultrasonically within 10 seconds during preparation attempts.
The loop size is adjusted to the diameter of the fractured file using an endodontic probe and bent 45 degrees to facilitate positioning the loop on the fractured file. The ring cannula is replaceable. A damaged buckle can be quickly and easily replaced with a new one.
Two sizes of loop wire are available: 0.12 mm and 0.08 mm, suitable for different clinical situations with varying root canal diameters and resistances. The maximum diameter of the microtube containing the loop is 0.5 mm and its length is 23 mm. The microtube can be pre-bent for easier placement in the root canal.
Brownie Polishing Tip (TFRK-P):
Silicone tool, suitable for straight handpieces. It allows you to sharpen and polish ultrasonic tips.
