The first autonomous labeling machine capable of printing all the necessary data on double-adhesive labels with a migrating bar.
The stand-alone SGT-Print label printer ensures top-level speed and performance. SGT-Print is not connected to any PC but works autonomously. Thanks to its intelligent memory, it allows you to print the desired number of labels with a single command, automatically displaying:

• Batch number
• Data
• Expiration date
• Operator code
• Sequential number

Standard printers connected to autoclaves print on thermal paper only after the sterilization cycle has been completed.
This can be a limitation because human error could lead to non-sterile packages being labeled as sterile, and also they are not...

The SGT-print printer is a true digital label printer that prints double-adhesive labels with a Class 1 color change indicator in accordance with ISO 11140-1. These labels can be applied to instrument packaging before sterilization and subsequently to the patient's chart.
