The direct connection for Sphero Flex implants is made of nitrided titanium and is available for any brand of implant currently on the market in the spherical diameter of 2.5 mm (Normo) only.

Nitriding is a treatment that provides a surface hardness of 1600 Vickers. Thanks to the ball's 7.5° movement in all directions and the use of directional rings, this attachment corrects misalignments of up to 21.5° for each implant.

This attachment works by coupling the ball and the retention cap inside the metal container. The retention caps are available in different colors, corresponding to different retention levels, and provide improved retention for the overdenture.
