Thermoformable discs for aligners, viscoelastic-hard, break-resistant, with excellent dimensional stability. Made of copolyester with an insulating foil applied. For producing aligners, corrective splints, and retentive elements. Compared to the proven Erkodur thermoplastic sheets, the material is 35% softer and, consequently, has a lower initial force and a less intense feeling of tension upon insertion. The memory loss curve is very flat, which results in a more prolonged effective force over time. The result is an effective, yet gentle correction. Packaged in an aluminum bag.
