This cleaning device represents the latest development in the field of well-known needle cleaning. Its extraordinary effectiveness is the result of the interaction of the machine, with its special features, specially developed mechanical cleaning materials, and liquid detergents. The highly effective cleaning process is fully automated and does not waste valuable resources on unpleasant tasks, which can nevertheless be offered as a value-added service. Traditional cleaning methods are time-consuming and costly. Our research and development department offers a solution to this and other drawbacks with this innovative system. The result: In just 15 minutes on average, Sympro removes stubborn deposits such as plaque and tartar, as well as coffee, tea, and red wine stains.
Benefits Overview
Facilitates work and increases the profitability of prophylactic cleaning. Saves time in preparing repairs, extensions, and relinings. Added value in the practice and laboratory. Maximum oral hygiene and patient well-being. A service that builds customer loyalty.

…35°, the ideal angle. Detailed studies have shown that a 35° tilt to the support surface achieves ideal cleaning performance. The resulting flow dynamics allow the needles to penetrate deeply. In traditional 90° solutions, the object follows the vortex of the liquid almost unhindered, significantly reducing cleaning efficiency. In the Sympro device, the object opposes the flow, resulting in optimal wetting and cleaning (maximum impact energy of the needles).

…it's the needles that matter. The term "needle cleaning" comes from the metal needles, the second component of the system, which are used in the cleaning cycle along with the cleaning fluid. A rotating magnetic field sets the needles in motion, which remove deposits from the surface with a gentle mechanical action. As they rotate, the needles heat the cleaning bath to approximately 45°C, accelerating the chemical reaction. The needles are made of an acid-resistant alloy, and their geometry, invisible to the naked eye, is designed to ensure maximum effectiveness and a long life. Renfert needles are precisely cut at right angles, further increasing their effectiveness while simultaneously protecting the object's surface. Needles cut at an angle or with poor precision produce little impact energy and result in less effective cleaning. Sharp points damage the surface.
