OSTEOBIOL SP-BLOCK 10X20X20mm TECNOSS

Collagenated spongy heterologous bone block produced using the exclusive Tecnoss® process, which avoids ceramization of hydroxyapatite crystals, accelerating physiological reabsorption. Thanks to its rigid consistency, Sp-Block maintains the original graft volume over time—a fundamental characteristic in large-volume regenerations. The collagen content facilitates blood clotting and the invasion of regenerative and reparative cells, promoting the restitutio ad integrum of the missing bone.

Clinical Indications

• Vertical regeneration of atrophic posterior mandibles (inlay technique): documented for bone increments up to 5 mm with 2 to 7-year follow-up
• Large-volume regenerations: the rigidity of the block ensures stability and volume preservation over time
• Gaps around the block are filled with granular biomaterial; the area is stabilized with osteosynthesis plates and screws and protected with an Evolution membrane

Instructions for Use

• Rehydrate for 5–10 minutes in sterile physiological saline solution before use
• Adapt to the carefully decorticated recipient site to ensure maximum contact
• Fix with osteosynthesis microscrews
• Protect with OsteoBiol Evolution resorbable membrane
