NFUSION Multilayer ZIRCONIA DISC 98mm 4DESIGN

ZR Nfusion Multilayer 4Design is a new generation multilayer zirconia designed to raise the bar: it combines high strength with a very natural aesthetic, thanks to its layered architecture and a translucency gradient designed to integrate perfectly with the smile without compromising durability.
Indications:

Monolithic restorations and layering techniques, with a wide range of applications:
- Anterior and posterior crowns.
- 3-unit anterior and posterior bridges with 1 pontic.
- Bridges of 4 or more units (anterior/posterior) with 2 pontics.
- Anterior and posterior cantilever bridges with 1 pontic (full volume or layered).

Technical performance:
- Flexural strength: 850–1,200 MPa, designed to reliably handle any type of restoration, from crowns to bridges.
- Translucency: 48%–45%, balancing optical naturalness and structure.
- Post-sintering density: ≥ 6.0 g/cm³, for stable compaction after the cycle.
- CTE (25–500 ºC): (10.5 ± 0.5) × 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹, in line with standard protocols for dental ceramics.
- Accelerated aging (monoclinic phase): < 5%, designed to maintain properties and aesthetics over time.
- Chemical solubility: < 100 µ/cm².

Nfusion uses a layered structure (incisal → transition → cervical) that progressively adapts color and optical behavior. Its gradient describes the phase/yttria distribution by zone, designed to maintain aesthetics in the incisal area without sacrificing mechanical strength in the cervical region.
