Perfit ZR: top aesthetics, precision, and performance
Perfit ZR is a partially sintered zirconia disc that uses Vatech's exclusive Uniform Compaction Firing (UCF) technology.
This innovation optimizes: the material's workability, isotropic shrinkage during final sintering, and fundamental physical properties, such as: flexural strength, high translucency, and color accuracy.

Perfect color reproduction
Perfit ZR faithfully reproduces the VITA shade guide colors.
No complex coloring is necessary: with reduced coloring work, a shade similar to natural enamel can be achieved.

Thanks to the analysis of the transmitted light spectrum, Perfit ZR is designed taking into account the amount of light passing through the restoration both when it is in the mouth and when it is outside, thus ensuring an extremely natural aesthetic result.
Perfit ZR sintering temperature
For zirconia, volume changes are observed around 1,000 °C, color changes at 1,400 °C, and diffusion of the coloring liquid between 1,450 °C and 1,550 °C.
The correct sintering temperature allows the material to remain stable over time, ensuring consistency in volume changes, flexural strength, and material translucency.
