A hole to be used in the Canine area.
A raised circle for use in the molar area.

2. Without aligners:
For professionals recommending masseter muscle exercises to prevent any possible facial deformities during orthodontic treatment, Reliabite® 'Y'-shaped Chewies are the perfect solution.
In these cases, the patient is advised to bite the 'Y'-shaped Chewie Reliabite® for 10-15 minutes every day.
