Co-Cr PDN welding is a dental metal framework alloy, free of nickel, beryllium, cadmium and lead, compliant with EN ISO 9333.
Its composition is: Co 63.3%, Cr 28.2%, Si 4.2%, Mo 2.4%, B 1.4% and C.
It has a melting range of 1130-1250 °C and a working temperature of 1310 °C, which offers excellent fluidity, corrosion resistance and firm, clean joints. Ideal for welding or repairing fixed and removable prosthesis frameworks. Compatible with all Co-Cr base alloys, it ensures stable, biocompatible and durable welding.
