Leaf Expander Tooth-borne CAD-CAM A2703 Leone
The Leone Leaf Expander CAD-CAM expander is an expander with compressible springs characterized by the presence of a male screw and two or three Ni-Ti leaf springs, which release continuous and calibrated forces to obtain the expansion of the upper jaw. This is the optimized version for the digital workflow of Leone's most popular disjunctor: instead of arms, it features 4 transverse slots with stops, integrated within the profile of the bodies themselves, which ensure a precise coupling with the digitally designed structure made with Laser Melting technology, favoring optimal laser welding. The main features are exactly the same as the classic Leaf Expander. This series of Leaf Expanders retains all the features and measurements of similar expanders with arms, to facilitate the clinician's transition to using a digitally manufactured appliance.
