All 3D printing resins, and in particular biocompatible materials used in the dental sector, require cleaning to remove residues but, above all, adequate post-curing to achieve the declared physical-mechanical characteristics, such as strength, elasticity, and color/transparency.
High UV energy and irradiance allow Tera Harz Cure to quickly reach the curing time, maximizing mechanical properties such as flexural and tensile strength, and a natural tooth color. The ability to adjust UV power (level 1-5) and curing time allows for perfect curing and an ideal chemical reaction. High-power UV LEDs are positioned at the top and sides.
Nitrogen generator
By integrating the nitrogen generator with the Tera Harz curing unit, Graphy materials can efficiently achieve maximum mechanical properties, color, water absorption resistance, etc.
