All 3D printing resins, and in particular biocompatible materials used in the dental sector, require cleaning to remove residues but, above all, adequate post-curing to achieve the declared physical-mechanical characteristics, such as strength, elasticity, and color/transparency.
High UV energy and irradiance allow Tera Harz Cure to quickly reach the curing time, maximizing mechanical properties such as flexural and tensile strength, and a natural tooth color. The ability to adjust UV power (level 1-5) and curing time allows for perfect curing and an ideal chemical reaction. High-power UV LEDs are positioned at the top and sides.
